Interiors
The main entrance is on the ground floor; through a welcoming corridor you reach the living area where there is an important fireplace surrounded by soft sofas and a billiard table, to spend pleasant and funny evenings; on the ground floor we also find the bright dining room with a large table in the center, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom built into the rock.
Going up the stairs we go up to the first floor, where there is the sleeping area with two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms and a laundry room. On this level there is also a further space, the tower, which can be considered as a real suite with an independent entrance and spread over three floors: on the first floor there is a lovely living area with an equipped kitchenette, on the upper floor there is the bedroom, furnished with handcrafted furniture from the Michelangeli artisan in Orvieto, on the third floor there is the bathroom, with tub and shower, and a laundry area.
During the summer season you can enjoy the characteristic and precious natural coolness guaranteed by the big stone walls, while there is air conditioning in the sleeping area.
Exteriors
The exterior and the park are a great strength of this property: La Torre del Bennicelli is surrounded by a luxuriant garden and natural vegetation, where there is the seasonal swimming, measuring 4 m x 10 m.
A short path takes you to a private pond where you can fish; here is a barbeque area available to guests to enjoy magical moments of relaxation, surrounded by nature.
Not far from the pond we find the property's vegetable garden where local products are grown, then served in the home restaurant managed by the owner's family and available to guests, by reservation. A short, very short supply chain, which allows you to savor the true essence of nature and the excellent products it offers us.
The own production of the vegetable garden and fruit trees is then converted into jams that can be purchased on site and consumed throughout the year.
As well as the honey, which is produced by the bees that inhabit the hives installed on the property.
To take a tour of the property and visit all these interesting services, it is possible to rent electric bikes on site to get lost in the surrounding countryside and find yourself regenerated.
